Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Mathematics with B.Ed. mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons for middle school students in an engaging and effective manner.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and academic standards.
- Teach mathematical concepts including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, mensuration, and data handling.
- Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, class tests, and evaluations.
- Provide individual attention and academic support to students whenever required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use innovative teaching methods, smart boards, and activity-based learning techniques.
- Track student progress and maintain academic records and reports.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school activities, training sessions, and academic events.
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify concepts and make learning interactive.
- Good planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern teaching methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in middle school grades.
- Experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
