About the Role
As Senior Manager – AI & Intelligent Automation, you will shape and lead the adoption of AI-driven solutions across Visteon’s end-to-end software lifecycle—spanning requirements, design, development, testing, validation, and delivery. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you will build AI agents, develop in-house platforms, and evaluate best-in-class market solutions to accelerate software quality, speed, and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the AI strategy for end-to-end software lifecycle automation.

Identify high-impact AI use cases across requirements, development, testing, DevOps, and delivery.

Design and develop AI agents for requirements analysis, test generation, defect prediction, code analysis, and compliance automation.

Evaluate, select, and integrate third-party AI engineering tools where appropriate.

Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams to embed AI into existing toolchains.

Establish AI governance, model lifecycle management, and compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434).

Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and architects.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

12+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, LLM-based solutions, and intelligent automation.

Experience applying AI to software development, testing, DevOps, or quality engineering.

Knowledge of automotive or other safety-critical software domains is strongly preferred.

Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
