About the Role
MKCRP is looking for an experienced Production Head to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sheet metal fabrication, CNC laser cutting, bending, powder coating, assembly, production planning, quality control, and manpower management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete factory production and manufacturing operations.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Manage fabrication, CNC laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, and assembly activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with high quality and minimum wastage.
- Optimize manpower utilization and improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Project teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs, machine utilization, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare production reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related discipline.
- 8–15 years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager/Production Head role.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Experience handling large production teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
