Executive Assistant - Client Servicing
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for billing-related activities.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks.
- Handle client queries and follow-ups.
- Maintain client records, documents, and reports.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in client servicing, administration, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and billing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
