Role Overview
As City Manager you will be the single-point leader for all operations in your assigned city. This role demands a strong ownership mindset and cross-functional expertise—spanning operations, driver sourcing, service and asset management, infrastructure oversight, legal and compliance, public relations, and administration.
You will lead the city like an independent business unit, ensuring performance, compliance, and growth across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
City Operations Management
- End-to-end ownership of operational execution across sourcing, deployment, servicing, and logistics.
- Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across operations.
- Manage daily vehicle availability, uptime, and city-level performance metrics.
Driver Sourcing & Fleet Enablement
- Lead sourcing strategies and partnerships for onboarding and retention of EV drivers.
- Collaborate with sourcing and training teams to ensure driver readiness and productivity.
City P&L Ownership
- Maintain a city-specific budget, manage costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify revenue opportunities and ensure targets are met across verticals.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, manage, and mentor a cross-functional city team.
- Ensure alignment with Fyn’s culture, ethics, and leadership expectations.
Who You Are
- A proactive, entrepreneurial leader with the ability to manage end-to-end business functions.
- Capable of handling ambiguity, with a strong sense of ownership and execution bias.
- Relationship-driven with strong negotiation and communication skills.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in operations, fleet/logistics management
- Prior experience managing city/regional business units, preferably in mobility or EV, logistics
- Strong understanding of P&L, compliance, infrastructure, and workforce planning.
- Fluency in the local language is preferred.
