Job Description:
Zone Head – Power Quality Solutions, the incumbent will drive the sales, business development, and market leadership of Power Quality offerings (APFC panels, Active Harmonic Filters, SVG, Detuned/Tuned reactors, Power Quality analysers & monitoring solutions) across the zone, working closely with industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and utility customers to deliver reliable, efficient, and compliant power quality solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Business Development & Sales Leadership

Drive zone sales strategy for Power Quality solutions – APFC panels, Active Harmonic Filters (AHF), SVG, reactors, and power quality monitoring systems

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, utility, infrastructure, and commercial segments across the zone
-
Own order booking, revenue growth, and market share expansion targets for Power Quality solutions in the region
Frontline Customer Engagement

Act as primary customer-facing leader for strategic accounts across zone
-
Conduct techno-commercial discussions, solution presentations, and demonstrations of Power Quality offerings
-
Understand customer power quality issues, energy efficiency needs, and regulatory compliance requirements (harmonics, power factor, reactive power)
Solution Positioning & Consulting

Translate customer power quality challenges into right-fit technical solutions
-
Collaborate with engineering teams for customized Power Quality system design and architecture
-
Support bid management, tendering, and technical compliance for Power Quality projects
Channel & Ecosystem Development
-
Develop and strengthen an ecosystem of panel builders, consultants, EPC contractors, and system integrators across zone
-
Enable partner-driven sales growth and capability building of channel partners

Work closely with energy auditors and consultants for collaboration, creating preference, and generating opportunities for Power Quality solutions
Functional Competencies:

Strong techno-commercial acumen in Power Quality solutions and electrical systems

In-depth knowledge of APFC, harmonics mitigation (AHF), reactive power compensation, and power quality standards/regulations

Ability to sell integrated solutions (hardware + monitoring + services)

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Strong understanding of industrial power distribution systems and energy quality parameters
