BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE (FRESHERS WELCOME)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Tech Garage Digital Pvt. Ltd. is a performance marketing agency helping businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing. We work with clients primarily in the USA and Canada across multiple industries.
We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Trainees who want to build a career in sales, client acquisition, and digital marketing.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, and online directories
- Generate qualified leads for our sales team
- Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Schedule meetings for senior sales managers
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
- Update CRM with lead status and activities
- Research target industries and competitors
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
- Learn digital marketing services and communicate their value to prospects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking over phone and video calls
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets)
- Willingness to learn sales and digital marketing
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Ability to work from our Mohali office
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)
