Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Bibewadi, Pune.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will generate new leads through various channels, conduct market research, and identify potential clients. Your responsibilities will include nurturing leads, establishing and maintaining strong communication, and supporting the sales team to meet business objectives. You will work collaboratively with different stakeholders to drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships with prospects.
Qualifications
Proven 2-5 years of experience in generating new leads and executing effective lead generation strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and convey value propositions
Ability to perform in-depth research to identify market trends and potential opportunities
Sales acumen, with the ability to nurture leads and close deals effectively
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other lead-generation platforms is a plus
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in branding, design, or digital marketing is an advantage

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and advertising
CRM handling
Presentation and follow-up skills
Knowledge of Google and Meta Ads will be an added advantage
