We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and server-related issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and server-related issues.
- Support Active Directory, user account management, and system access requests.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
- Follow IT security policies and support business continuity initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective IT support.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, and Server Administration.
- Experience in Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and IT Infrastructure.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
