Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, enhance customer engagement, and drive repeat business for our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer relationship management, customer retention, and sales coordination within the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls/messages for inquiries, appointments, purchases, and after-sales service.
- Execute customer engagement campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Promote new jewellery collections, festive offers, exhibitions, and loyalty programs.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Track customer purchase history and identify opportunities for repeat sales.
- Generate CRM reports, customer analytics, and retention reports.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams to improve customer experience.
- Ensure customer data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in jewellery retail CRM.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and customer lifecycle management.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and customer engagement initiatives.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- 2–5 years of CRM experience, preferably in the jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
