About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, data-curious, and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to help us build and scale our online presence. You’ll work directly with the founders and marketing team to create content, run campaigns, track performance, and experiment with new ideas across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and more. This is a high-ownership role where your work will directly impact brand visibility, community growth, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
- Write clear, compelling captions, ad copy, and blog snippets aligned with our brand voice.
- Design visuals (posts, infographics, carousels, flyers) using tools like Canva or basic Photoshop.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand communication.
Community & Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally.
- Engage with relevant communities, hashtags, and conversations to boost organic reach.
- Track trending topics, viral formats, and competitor activity; suggest timely content ideas
Campaigns & Performance
- Support execution of social media campaigns (product launches, events, festivals, promotions).
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, conversions) and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Use insights to iterate on content strategy and improve results.
Additional Support
- Assist with email campaigns, landing page copy, and basic SEO/content optimization.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Explore and experiment with AI tools and automation to boost creativity and productivity.
What We’re Looking ForMust-Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write in a clear, engaging tone.
- Basic proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools) and comfort with short-form video editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
- Good understanding of social media trends, especially LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B/B2C audiences.
- Self-starter attitude: comfortable working independently, proposing ideas, and taking ownership.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn Page Analytics.
- Experience managing a personal or college brand page with measurable growth.
- Interest in AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, copy assistance, or design).[scribd]

Compensation & Perks
