We are Hiring – HR Executive (Full-Time)
Location: World Trade Center, Kharadi, Pune (Candidates nearby preferred)
Int+Space, a top-listed commercial interior design company in Pune, is looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- Build and implement HR policies & processes
- Maintain strong employee relations
- Manage onboarding, performance reviews, attendance, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with leadership to support a healthy workplace culture
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Construction / Real Estate industry
- Strong understanding of hiring for technical + creative roles (designers, project managers, site supervisors, etc.)
