- Expertise in FHA, FNMA, CFPB guidelines
- Experience in Loan Boarding, Indexing, Pre-Purchase, Collateral
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & LOS tools (MSP/Encompass)
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team performance (Productivity, Quality, SLA/KPI)
- Handle resource planning, workload allocation & reporting (MIS)
- Ensure compliance with mortgage guidelines and quality standards
- Drive process improvements and error reduction initiatives
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution
- Work in high-volume environment and meet turnaround timelines
Other Requirements:
- Flexible to work in shifts/weekends and across time zones
- Strong adaptability and commitment to quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (Commerce/Finance/Business/Economics preferred)
- 5+ years in US Mortgage Origination (12 years as Team Lead)
