About the Role
EduTap Learning Solutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR – Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with team heads, and successfully closing positions within defined timelines.
This role requires someone who can understand diverse hiring requirements and independently manage recruitment for academic, creative, marketing, and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate joining and onboarding coordination.
- Work closely with Team heads to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, skills, experience, and hiring timelines.
- Draft and publish job descriptions and job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant recruitment platforms.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews, assignments, technical rounds, and final discussions between candidates and Team heads/Co - founders.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer discussions, documentation, offer letter issuance, and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and ensure successful joining.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, hiring dashboards, and recruitment reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, offer acceptance rate, and joining ratio.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Experience using job portals and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and work with different hiring managers.
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach toward closing positions within defined timelines.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned positions, and meet recruitment targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior recruitment experience in EdTech, Education, Digital Marketing, Media, Creative Agencies, IT, or other fast-paced organizations will be preferred.
Experience in hiring for diverse roles such as educators, SMEs, video editors, graphic designers, digital marketing professionals, content writers, and managerial positions will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
