Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and production operations. The candidate should have experience in CNC machine operations, production coordination, and technical software handling. The role requires working closely with teams to ensure smooth production processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate production and manufacturing activities.
- Work with CNC machines and monitor operational processes.
- Read and understand technical drawings and designs.
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth workflow execution.
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of work.
- Maintain and update records using ERP systems, Google Sheets, and Odoo.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Computer knowledge with ERP, Google Sheets & Odoo
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing and production
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines
- Experience working with production teams
Preferred
- Experience in furniture industry CNC operations
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
