Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact, cultivating strong, trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Client Strategy: Identify client goals and challenges, designing actionable plans to ensure they maximize the value of the products or services.
- Retention & Growth: Safeguard revenue by implementing retention strategies and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison internally to quickly troubleshoot problems, escalate complaints, and resolve service disruptions.
- Performance Tracking: Hold regular business reviews, prepare progress reports, and align internal metrics with the client's business outcomes.
