The Blowing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining blowing machines used in the production of packaging materials for food and FMCG products. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of machinery while adhering to quality standards and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor blowing machines to produce high-quality packaging materials as per specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of blowing machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Production Monitoring: Track production output and maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings and adjustments.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery. Participate in safety training and promote a safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any production challenges.
- Training: Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machinery operation is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator in the food or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Pay: ₹9,098.72 - ₹30,852.07 per month
