Position: Fashion Designing Faculty
Location: KAP Institute of Design, Chennai
Job Type: Part-Time (3 Days per Week)
About the Role
KAP Institute of Design is looking for a passionate and experienced Fashion Designing Faculty to inspire and mentor aspiring designers. If you have industry experience and a love for teaching, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Teach Fashion Designing concepts and practical skills.
- Conduct classes in Fashion Illustration, Garment Construction, Textile & Fabric Knowledge, and Fashion Styling.
- Guide students in portfolio development and creative projects.
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct practical sessions.
- Mentor students and support their skill development.
Requirements
✔ Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or related field.
✔ Minimum 0-1 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of fashion trends and garment construction.
✔ Good communication and presentation skills.
✔ Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Work Schedule
Part-Time – 3 Days per Week
Flexible working hours.
Salary
Salary will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
