The Team Leader will be responsible for mentoring team members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of work while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their requirements and resolving concerns promptly.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning opportunities for team members.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
- Prepare and present team performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or similar leadership role.
- Experience in the Telecom industry is preferred; candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.
