Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services. Answer customer questions and provide correct information. Follow up with interested customers and leads. Maintain customer details and call records. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Handle customer complaints politely. Generate leads and support the sales team. Maintain good communication and customer relationships. Report daily calling activities to the Team Leader.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
