Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2C and/or B2B sales, team leadership, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Can Handle the Target Based Environment
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities mostly through B2C but if required connect with schools and corporate partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Conduct presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure monthly revenue goals are achieved.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience managing sales targets and CRM tools.
- EdTech industry experience Only.
Preferred Skills
- Team handling experience
- CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong presentation and client relationship skills
- Revenue forecasting and sales planning
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
