About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Maintenance Person to handle electrical maintenance, machinery troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and day-to-day maintenance activities at our Bagru plant. Modern Infra Projects operates in PEB, steel structure, industrialand warehouse projects
Key Responsibilities
- Handle electrical maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, panels, motors and utilities.
- Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and machine breakdowns.
- Maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, motors, drives and control systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical equipment and identify potential issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage electrical spare parts and coordinate requirements with the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Support installation, testing and commissioning of new electrical equipment
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and understand control panels.
- Good problem-solving and maintenance skills.
- Candidates with manufacturing/PEB/industrial plant expert.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
