Job Description
The Dream Study Overseas is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, social media content creation, and visual storytelling. The candidate will be responsible for editing promotional videos, reels, student testimonial videos, office branding content, and other marketing materials for our overseas education and travel services.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging reels, promotional videos, student success stories, and educational content.
- Add transitions, subtitles, background music, effects, and graphics to make videos attractive and professional.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to understand content requirements and deliver videos on time.
- Maintain brand consistency in all video content.
- Trim footage and put together the final video according to the company’s requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media content styles.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of reels, short-form content, and social media video formats.
- Basic understanding of graphics, text animations, and sound editing.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in editing promotional and branding videos.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and thumbnail designing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
