Requirements
- Italian Proficiency: B2/C1 level or above
- English: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide accurate Italian-English interpretation
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is preferred/required only if applicable to the hiring process
- Personal laptop/desktop with stable high-speed internet
- Quiet and dedicated workspace at home
- Comfortable working rotational night shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time interpretation between Italian and English speakers.
- Maintain accuracy, clarity, and context during conversations.
- Follow confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
- Handle different types of customer interactions professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
