Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for various functions and levels.
- Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
