Head- HR
A purpose driven role for you
To lead, develop and implement HR&IR Strategies to achieve business objectives of the Plant.
A Day in the life
Design and implement HR and IR Strategy in line with Business plan for achieving organization goals
Enhance employee productivity through focussed employee engagement interventions and build Harmonious & congenial environment through proactive HR&IR strategies
Drive HR Functional Strategy pertaining to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management and Employee Engagement
Establish annual HR Business Plan & budgets for effective utilization ensuring desired outcomes
Ensure legal and safety compliance adherence as per applicable laws and acts
Liaise with State/District Administration to include DC, Commissioner MCG, GMDA, HSVP, HSIIBC, DHBVN and the Police Authorities
Manage the Union and their expectations
Create a safe and secure work environment through employee centred policies and practices
Academic Qualification & Experience
MBA in HR/Master’s Degree in PM&IR
18+ years of HR experience in Manufacturing Industry, with exposure to working in unionized Plants, Relevant experience in Corporate communication, CSR and Liaising with Government authorities
