Job Description:
Responsible for dealing with customers on calls for Air bookings.
Convert an inquiry call into sales call for upselling of Air & Land products.
Provide with the best possible route for customers destination & competitive fares available in the market.
Knowledge of GDS is must.
Desired Candidate Profile :
IATA Freshers OR 1- 2 yrs of experience in booking Reservations on CRS Amadeus &Sabre.
Excellent communication & good customer service and sales skills.
Good team player & Target Oriented.
Open to work in UK shift.
