Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge on ERPNext as well as other products of Frappe, good analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements and data.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and goals.
2. Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and flowcharts. Develop regular reports to track progress and outcomes.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
4. Testing & Validation: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
5. Solution Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend software solutions or improvements based on business needs.
6. Implementation: Lead the implementation and enhancement of modules across Manufacturing, Accounting, Inventory, Buying, Selling, HRMS, and Payroll to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.
7. User Training & Support: Develop and conduct end-user training sessions, provide ongoing support, and create user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and manuals to facilitate smooth ERPNext adoption.
8. Customization & Troubleshooting: Work alongside our technical team to address customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting, ensuring the system aligns with business needs.
Qualifications:
1. 1+ years hands on experience in ERPNext.
2. Knowledge in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
3. Knowledge in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
4. Strong understanding of ERP systems and ability to map complex business processes into ERP frameworks.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
