Job Description
Afiablee Solutions is hiring enthusiastic and experienced AR Callers for the US Healthcare Medical Billing process. The candidate will be responsible for handling insurance claim follow-ups, denial management, and payment resolution with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims
- Review claim status and resolve billing issues
- Work on denied claims and initiate appeals when required
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation in billing software
- Ensure timely reimbursement from insurance companies
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and resubmissions
- Meet productivity and quality targets
Requirements
- Experience in Medical Billing AR Calling preferred
- Good communication and listening skills
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare insurance and claim process
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Familiarity with denial management and EOB analysis is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
