Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior execution work at project sites. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, and labor teams to ensure work is completed on time, within quality standards, and according to design specifications for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site work including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors for smooth workflow.
- Monitor material usage and site inventory.
- Ensure quality control and finishing standards are maintained.
- Track project timelines and progress and report updates to the management team.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical challenges.
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness standards.
- Take measurements and verify work before final installation.
- Manage labor teams and ensure productivity on site.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication with workers, contractors, and clients.
- Basic understanding of site measurements and BOQ.
Qualifications
- Interior Designer, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work full-time on site.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and labor teams.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
