Qualification and Experience Required:
- Graduate in Commerce/finance or CA (Inter) (preference for a CA/CMA)
- 5+ years in Finance & Accounts (preferably some of it in development sector)
Ideal age bracket: 28 to 35Years

Key Responsibility Area:
- Preparation of budgets and monitoring of budget utilization.
- Monitoring and ensuring accuracy in project accounting.
- Prepare reports/MIS and their presentations for management reviews; supporting program teams with information and reports.
- Support in finalization of accounts, audits and compliance monitoring.
- Development and improvement of systems including tech enablement.
Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Skills:
- Sound knowledge of MS Office especially Advanced Excel & Oracle
- Sound analytical skills
- Well-versed in bookkeeping processes and end-to-end finalization of accounts
- High level of planning & execution capabilities
- Should be able to work with cross function teams across all levels
