· Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency across all locations.
· Implement operational SOPs and company policies effectively.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings, Train the team members.
· Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
· Control operational costs and improve profitability.
· Prepare MIS reports and operational performance analysis.
· Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns
