Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, secure, and optimize the organization’s database systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring database performance, backup management, troubleshooting, and smooth database operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Database Administration
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain database systems.
- Monitor database performance and optimize system efficiency.
- Ensure database availability, reliability, and security.
Backup & Recovery
- Perform regular database backups and restoration activities.
- Maintain disaster recovery and data protection procedures.
- Ensure backup integrity and recovery readiness.
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor database health and server performance.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Perform performance tuning and query optimization.
Security & Access Management
- Manage database users, permissions, and access rights.
- Implement database security policies and controls.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data security standards.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for database operations.
- Maintain database documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
- Prepare system reports and operational documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL
- Experience in database backup and recovery management
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting expertise
- Understanding of database security and maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science / Information Technology

- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to handle critical database environments
- Good team coordination and communication abilities
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
