Job Summary
The Internal Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments, monitoring the status of customer orders, maintaining documentation, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. The role requires effective communication with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch And Sales to ensure timely execution of work and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales team for new customer orders.
- Prepare and circulate internal work orders to relevant departments.
- Monitor order progress from order confirmation to dispatch.
- Follow up with Production and Purchase teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Update order status and communicate progress to the concerned departments.
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts.
- Ensure smooth information flow among departments.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action points.
- Escalate delays or operational issues to the reporting manager.
Documentation
- Maintain customer order records and related documents.
- Maintain MIS reports and daily/weekly/monthly status reports.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation as per company standards.
Production & Dispatch Support
- Track production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch team for shipment planning.
- Ensure all necessary documents are ready before dispatch.
- Follow up on pending materials or approvals affecting delivery schedules.
Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Handle routine communication professionally via email and phone.
Reporting
- Prepare daily production and dispatch reports.
- Maintain pending order trackers.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.
- Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or manufacturing support.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Required Skills

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Office-based role with regular coordination across manufacturing departments.
Preferred Industry Experience: Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Process Equipment, Fabrication, or Industrial Products.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
