PrimePixel Media Pvt. Ltd. is a leading advertising and branding company based in Kolkata. We provide innovative marketing, branding, and creative solutions to businesses across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our advertising and branding services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
