Position: HR Intern

Role Overview
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
- Draft HR documents such as offer letters and policies
- Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
