Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives, brand promotions, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and a willingness to learn while contributing to the organization's marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing requirements.
- Support the management of social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain marketing reports.
- Coordinate with hotels and operational teams for marketing requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an added advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
