We are hiring for Senior 3D Visualizer (Worked on Commercial Interior Projects).
7-10 Yrs of Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of 3D visualizations for architectural projects, including interiors, exteriors, and site planning.
- Work closely with architects and designers to understand project goals and translate them into visually compelling representations.
- Create high-quality, photo-realistic renderings and animations using industry-standard software (e.g., Sketch Up, Lumion/ V-ray Rendering, 3ds Max, Blender, AutoCAD, Rhino).
- Develop interactive 3D models and walkthroughs for client presentations and design reviews.
- Produce concept sketches, mood boards, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Oversee and mentor junior 3D visualizers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high standards of work.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve visualization outputs.
- Collaborate with other team members (architects, engineers, interior designers) to ensure that all visual elements align with the overall design vision.
- Ensure timely delivery of all visual assets in alignment with project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5] years of professional experience in 3D visualization for architectural projects.
- Proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and rendering techniques.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
