Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts while serving as the primary point of contact.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and business discussions.
- Track account performance, sales growth, and customer feedback.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements within company guidelines.
- Drive customer retention and long-term business partnerships.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to handle demanding clients and complex business situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in Packaging, Labels, Flexible Packaging, Shrink Sleeves, Tetra Packs, or related industries will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
