Research Glow is hiring a professional and responsible Sales Executive to manage new leads, communicate with clients, attend online meetings, and support clients throughout their project journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to new leads and understand their research-related requirements.
- Communicate professionally with clients through WhatsApp, calls, and online meetings.
- Explain Research Glow’s services clearly and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Attend scheduled client meetings and provide proper follow-ups.
- Maintain complete records of client conversations, requirements, payments, and commitments.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Ensure that committed work is delivered to the client on time.
- Keep clients updated about project progress and manage their queries professionally.
- Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently during calls and online meetings.
- Professional behaviour and a client-focused approach.
- Good follow-up and sales-conversion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, email, and spreadsheets.
- Must have a laptop, smartphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
- Previous experience in sales, counselling, client handling, academic services, or research consultancy will be preferred.

The selected candidate will receive a fixed monthly salary along with separate performance-based incentives.
