The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients over calls. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to candidates and potential clients. Explain job opportunities and company services. Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication. Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to work in a team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
