Position: Solar Service Engineer
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Service Engineer responsible for installation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of solar power systems. The candidate should have knowledge of solar panels, inverters, electrical systems, and site handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar plants.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical connections.
- Monitor system performance and ensure proper functioning.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports.
- Coordinate with clients for service schedules and technical support.
- Ensure safety standards and quality procedures are followed at sites.
- Support the sales and project team whenever required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical panels.
- Understanding of inverters, batteries, and LT electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Strong communication and site coordination skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in rooftop or industrial solar projects.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and service activities.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
