Role: Interior Designer Cum Sales
Experience: 1 -4 years
Location: Hosur
Key Responsibilities:
* Convert customer inquiries into confirmed projects by effectively presenting design solutions and negotiating project costs.
* Conduct client meetings, design consultations and site visits.
* Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and design proposals based on customer needs.
* Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project proposals.
* Manage project timelines and coordinate end-to-end project execution.
* Coordinate logistics, including vendor management, material procurement, and timely deliveries.
* Act as a liaison between clients, vendors and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and design specifications are met.
* Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Diploma / B.Sc / B.Des in Interior Design or Architecture.
* Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Rendering or similar design tools is an added advantage.
* Strong sales and client relationship management skills, with the ability to convert company-provided inquiries into successful projects.
* Knowledge of logistics management, including vendor coordination, material procurement, and timely deliveries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
