Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive – Publishing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience in the Printing and Signage industry and be passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
This role involves promoting publishing solutions, commercial printing services, signage products, and related solutions to corporate clients, educational institutions, government organizations, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for publishing, printing, and signage solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote publishing products, books, educational materials, commercial printing, and signage services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate printing and publishing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing to successfully close sales.
- Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Printing and Signage Industry
- Experience in Publishing or Commercial Printing sales will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

- Knowledge of print production processes and signage materials is highly desirable.
