We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Travel Sales Executive with experience in Goa activities sales (Water Sports, Scuba Diving, Dinner Cruises, Packages). The role involves handling customer inquiries, converting leads, and maximizing sales both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins)
- Sell travel activities: Water Sports, Scuba Diving, Dinner Cruises & Packages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with vendors & operations team
- Upsell and cross-sell packages to increase revenue
- Maintain daily sales records and follow-ups
- Provide excellent customer service and quick responses
Requirements:
- Experience in Goa travel/activity sales (mandatory)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication (English + Hindi)
- Knowledge of Goa activities, pricing & locations
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries on WhatsApp
- Target-oriented mindset
Working Hours:
- 9–10 hours/day
- Peak season flexibility required
Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹33,791.51 per month
