Urgent Requirement of Continental Chef( DCDP/CDP)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Expertise in stocks, sauces, roasting, grilling, and plating.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- 3–5 years of kitchen experience, preferably in continental cuisine.
- Experience as Commis I or DCDP is preferred.
Reporting To
- Sous Chef
- Head Chef / Executive Chef
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
