We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of investment banking processes. The ideal candidate will assist in financial modeling, due diligence, transaction support, and strategic financial analysis across various mandates.
Requirements:
- Semi-Qualified CA (Completed CA Inter/IPCC, pursuing CA Final)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, audit, or advisory (preferably in investment banking, corporate finance)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and valuation techniques
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
