Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain client data, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM software
- Handle client queries and follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages
- Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
- Track and manage leads and client interactions
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports
- Assist in customer retention and engagement activities
- Ensure proper documentation of client communication
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused approach
Qualification:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- 0–2 years experience in CRM, customer support, or coordination
