Project Manager – IT Security Services

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to manage and coordinate IT Security Services projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in project planning, stakeholder management, resource coordination, and project delivery. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Initiation & Planning
- Review project documents, purchase orders, proposals, and engagement requirements.
- Prepare engagement-related documents such as NDAs and engagement letters.
- Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, and project management calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and define project milestones.
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, work hours, and expenditures.
- Identify project risks, issues, and scope changes, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards before submission to clients.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings, status meetings, and review meetings.
- Prepare and share meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Project Closure
- Coordinate project closure activities, including sign-offs and documentation.
- Collect client feedback and conduct project review sessions.
- Ensure all project records and deliverables are properly archived.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of overall project management experience.
- 1–2 years of experience managing IT Security Services projects.
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security concepts.
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Zoho Projects, or similar platforms.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
