Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across Jharkhand, Odisha & Chhattisgarh. The role involves developing new corporate accounts, strengthening existing client relationships, and promoting Victoria Travels' complete range of Corporate Travel, FIT (Free Independent Traveller), and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) services.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong corporate network, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record in selling travel solutions to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for Corporate Travel, FIT, and MICE business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across corporate organizations.
- Generate business from existing accounts while expanding the client portfolio through strategic prospecting.
- Promote the company's Corporate Travel Management, Domestic & International FIT Holidays, and MICE solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Ticketing, MICE, and FIT teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management.
Qualifications & Experience
· Any Graduate/ Any Postgraduate,MBA will be added advantage
- 6–8 years of experience in Corporate Travel, Business Travel, FIT, or MICE sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network among corporate clients within Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh markets will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business development and consultative selling abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
